PRICE MATCH POLICY
It's our goal, at FoodWrapz, to provide you with the lowest possible price. If a competitor* has an item available online at a lower price, we will beat it by 10%. The price excludes all applicable duties, taxes and shipping costs. Price Match discounts cannot be combined with any other FoodWrapz promotions. Requirements for a price match
- Same model year
- Same color
- Same size
- Same condition
- In stock on competitor’s website
- Competitor is based in Singapore.
*All competitor websites and listings on 3rd party sites such as Lazada and Qoo10 must be licensed online retailers, based in Singapore. Third party listings must show the same price on the competitors' own website as well. These retailers must honour manufacturer warranties and ensure the product is not secondhand or a knock-off.
Example
FoodWrapz has a Lacy's Greaseproof Paper, 30cmx10m listed at $2.10, but you find the exact same Lacy's Greaseproof Paper from a licensed competitor on sale for $2 (excluding all fees and shipping costs). FoodWrapz will adjust your total to be $1.80.
SALES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you find a competitor price to be less than your purchase price with 7 days of your purchase, let us know and we will credit you the difference plus 10%. In this case, the same item (size and color) must be in stock at the lesser price. However, If you've placed your order through a cash back affiliate (ex. ShopBack) we can't approve a price drop credit.
NO SALES TAX FOR ALL ORDERS
FoodWrapz does not charge tax for delivery within Singapore.
PRICING ERRORS
At FoodWrapz we try our best to ensure the accuracy of our pricing. However, even with our most sincere efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item's price is displayed incorrectly, we will cancel your order for that item and alert you of the order cancellation.
